It is reported that the health of young people in China,college students in particular,is not as good as it is supposed to be.There are many reasons for this fact,but the main reason is that many people ignore the importance of physical exercises.
With the advanced of the life quality,we pay more time in amusement ,wathing TV,shopping,eating, but not exercise,leads to poor healthy.
Exercise is important to our health.It not only keep us fit and strong,but also help us to be successful in our lives.
It is,therefore,strongly suggested that young people are some time to take an active part in various kinds of physical exercises.It is good for us.
