Does it matter that whether you are a man or a woman?

Nowadays most Chinese believe that men have more advantages when finding works than women. Women have become more and more powerful, and they are the same outstanding as men, in some zones they are even better. I think the standard of excellent people is not their sexual distinction but their qualities and characters. As long as he or she is good, honest and talented, he or she is splendid, and they will surely bring profit to the society. So I think the tradition is not useful anymore, at least to me.
