Iron ore giant attempter to use to force China to compromise

Different from the silence before, recently, Rio Tinto and BHP Billiton appeared to be more hard-line attitude in iron ore negotiations. Apart from China, the two turned their main vigor to concentrate negotiations with Japan and South Korea, the purpose is clear: they hope it will force China to follow by using of "starting price". More important is that the current high spot ore price makes the two to expand the price.
